I understand and agree to the following: 

• The property must be emptied of all personal belongings before cleaning unless otherwise arranged with Tidy Workers. 

• All information provided in this form must be accurate and complete. 

• If the property’s condition is different than described (e.g., excessive dirt, leftover items, damages, etc.), additional fees will apply. 

• You will be notified before any cleaning begins and given the opportunity to approve or decline any additional charges. 

If additional work is declined, Tidy Workers reserves the right to cancel or modify the service without refund.
